We are a German company who offers Ship Supplier Service at the South Brazilian Ports of Imbituba, Itajai, Navegantes, Sao Francisco do Sul, Itapoa, Paranagua and Antonina. Beside this service we offer a Full Protecting Agency Service at the Ports of Paranagua and Antonina. For clearance and delivery of Spareparts and sent Ship Store by container or Airfraight we do provide service at all Brazilian Ports.

History

In 1998 Mr. Manfred Richter, Mrs. Petra I. Richter and their son Marc Richter left Germany and immigrated to Brazil with a vision to start something new. Mr. Manfred and Mrs. Petra are former Seafarers and always had the wish to from Germany to a Tropical our Sub-Tropical place and after long thinking, research and visits they finally decided in April 1998 to start a new life in South Brazil.

With a long experience as former seafarers, over 16 years, the idea was have a business conected to the Shipping area and as a result BLUSENA - BLUmenau SErvice de NAvios - has been founded in the same year and success already came in 1st and 2nd year as a German Ship Supplier offering Provision, Bonded and Cabin Stores at South Brazilian Ports.

After long and successful years the once small company had to increase its infrastructure from 400m² to over 3000m² operational area and now their son is also part of the managing structure so that even more and brand new service can be provided.

At the beginning of the year of 2017 BLUSENA expanded its Services, not just at Supplier area, but offering a full Owners Protecting Agency, custom clearance of sent Spareparts with a full Door-to-Door service and the very new service for clearance and delivery of Ship Store sent by container to any Brazilian port - a new way for Catering Companies and Owners saving money, instead of purchasing locally all stores can be sent directly to their managing vessels.
